What are the benefits of soy wax candles?

Soy wax is natural, biodegradable, and eco-friendly. It burns cleaner than traditional paraffin wax, producing less soot and lasting longer due to a slower burn rate.

Yes, we use high-quality 100% soy wax for our candles to ensure a clean, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly burn.

The frosted look on soy wax candles is a natural characteristic of the wax. It is a sign of its purity and does not affect the candle’s performance.

Our candles are made using non-toxic soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances. However, always burn candles out of reach of children and pets to ensure safety.

This is normal. Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, causing the wax around the wick to melt and pool.

Trim the wick to 1/4  inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Avoid burning candles for more than 34 hours at a time.

The first burn sets the “memory” of the wax. Allowing it to melt evenly to the edges ensures the candle will burn evenly in the future.

Ensure the wick is properly trimmed to 1/4 inch. Long wicks can cause higher flames, leading to soot production.
